1-29th April, Route Obstruction, Nyayo National Stadium – The state funeral service for the late former President Mwai Kibaki was held at the Nyayo Stadium, Nairobi County, amida heightened government security presence. The Kenya Defence Forces ( led a procession to the venue, causing intermitted traffic disruptions along adjacent routes, including Procession Way, Kenyatta Avenue, Aerodrome Road, LusakaRoad, and Uhuru Highway.
2-28th April, Fraud IVO City Hall Annex – The Ethics and Anti Corruption Commission ( arrested a Nairobi City County personnel, identified as Moses Munyi Joseph, in the vicinity of City Hall Annex, Nairobi County, for allegedly demanding a KES 500,000 (USD 4,326) bribe from an individual.

3-28 th April, Armed Attack, Awaye Loglogo Marasabit County – Armed bandits killed five individuals in the Awaye area of Loglogo Marsabit County, during a raid The victims,including the Loglogo Senior Chief identified as Kennedy Kongoman were reportedly pursuing stolen cattle in the area before the attack 12 other individuals.
